Return Policy

1. Unopened and fully sealed bottles returned 30 days after shipment will recieve a full refund. 

2. Opened bottles will not receive any refund.  

3. Shipping and handling costs for customer returns will not be refunded. 

4. Undelivered or erroneous shipments will be fixed and fulfilled at no additional charge.   

5. Undelivered or erroneous shipments caused by customer error will be fixed and fulfilled at customer expense. 

6. All returns must follow this protocol: 

a) email info@seconwindnutraceuticals.com 

b) Subject Line: '[RETURN] {insert first and last name}

c) Answer the following questions: First and last name, order number, list four and last four digits used in payment of order, a screenshot of your receipt, and reason for return. 

d) After email confirmation, send return to:

Guarantee Policy

1. Each customer is entitled to one refund within 30 days of shipment of  product. 

2. We have the right to refuse a refund for any reason.  

To move forward with the guarantee policy, send an email to info@seconwindnutraceuticals.com with subject line '[GUARANTEE] {insert first and last name}.  In the body of the email, include your first and last name, order number, the first four and last four digits of your payment card, a digit copy of the order receipt, and reason for invoking guarantee return policy.
